Cedarwood Cottage Kawarthas offers a total of 4 bedrooms across the main floor and lower level.

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with Queen bed with access to a small balcony overlooking the river (Upper level)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Upper level)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with small half bathroom ensuite (Upper Level)
• Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed, 3 single beds (Set up as two bunk beds) perfect for children with a reading nook & a variety of toys for all ages

Cedarwood Cottage Kawarthas offers a mix of full and half bathrooms to keep your group comfortable during your stay.

• Bathroom 1: Located upstairs, this full bathroom is a three-piece completed with a rain shower head and wand shower head, with a bathtub
• Bathroom 2: Half bath on main floor with vanity and toilet
• Bathroom 3: Half bath in the basement bedroom, ensuite with vanity and toilet

Seasonal Note:
Water equipment and dock access are available from early summer through mid-fall and are weather dependent.

Winter Access:
The road is partially maintained during winter months. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, and in heavy snow, access may be limited. Snowmobile trails are easily accessible from the property. Please connect with us if you need guidance for winter access.

Parking:
Parking for up to 6 vehicles during the summer months. In winter, the driveway may be limited; there is parking for 2 to 3 vehicles at the top of the driveway.

Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome for an additional $75 per stay. Please be mindful of pets on furniture and clean up after them. When booking, let us know the type, size, and training status of your dog. No puppies or reactive dogs.

Location:
The cottage is a short drive to nearby towns for essentials, dining, and family-friendly activities. Toronto is approximately 2 hours away, and the surrounding area offers peaceful, natural settings for outdoor adventures.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, yard, riverfront, dock, and water toys (weather permitting). The lower level includes bedrooms and a half bath with direct access to the backyard and river.
