Whether you’re exploring nearby trails, visiting local lakes for swimming and boating, or enjoying quiet time in the forest, this retreat offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Inside, the chef-ready kitchen, open-concept dining and living area, board games, and entertainment spaces provide everything needed for family or friends to gather, unwind, and make memories together.

Each bedroom at Chalet Haliburton has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, featuring custom-built wardrobes, luggage racks, and hotel-quality linens. Fresh towels and cozy robes are provided in every room, making it easy to settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Large windows and sliding doors invite in natural light and forest views, creating a calm and restful atmosphere throughout.

Bedroom 1 (Upper level): Queen bed with private ensuite bathroom, custom wardrobe, and a small balcony overlooking the forest — a peaceful retreat for quiet mornings and evenings.
Bedroom 2 (Lower level): Queen bed with sliding doors to the outdoors, custom wardrobe, robes, towels, and luggage rack.

The chalet features two brand-new, spa-inspired bathrooms, each finished with high-end fixtures and thoughtful details. Both bathrooms include walk-in rain showers with hand wands, modern vanities, and fresh, contemporary design throughout.

To make your stay effortless, we provide bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, along with plush towels and robes for post-shower or post-sauna comfort.

Seasonal Note: The hot tub is wood-fired and requires setup before use. Guests should exercise caution, and children are not recommended due to temperature regulation.

Winter Access: The driveway is ploughed by a local neighbour, but a 4x4 or SUV with winter tires is strongly recommended. In heavy snow, access may be limited, so please connect with us for guidance. Snowshoes and winter gear are available for nearby trails, and the gas fireplace keeps the home warm during brief outages.

Parking: Ample parking for multiple vehicles and small trailers. Please confirm with us if you plan to bring larger trailers or snowmobile trailers.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with pre-approval. Please ensure pets are well-behaved, cleaned up after, and supervised around furniture. No puppies or reactive dogs.

Location: Just 10 minutes from Haliburton Village for groceries, dining, and essentials, and 2.5 hours from Toronto. Nearby lakes, trails, and attractions provide year-round adventure.

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the house, yard, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor firepit. The laundry room is available for use. No access to locked areas or the basement is permitted.
