Hilltop Haven offers a total of 4 bedrooms across the main floor and loft.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, with small workspace, lake + forest views, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Blue Room): Queen bed, lake + forest views
Bedroom 3 (Pink Room): Queen bed, forest view
Bedroom 4: Two double beds,with small workspace, forest view

We have a sofa bed in the living room (please let us know in advance if you will be using so our cleaners can have bedding available for your stay!)

The home features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, all with excellent water pressure and convenient access for everyone in your group.

Primary Bedroom Ensuite: Beautiful Double sink bathroom with gorgeous shower
Upper Level Bathroom: 3 Piece Bathroom with Shower
Powder Room: Located on the main floor

Seasonal Note: Water equipment and dock access are available early summer through mid-fall, weather permitting. The hot tub is wood-fired, not a standard setup, and requires some effort to heat and maintain. Children are not recommended in the hot tub due to temperature regulation.

Winter Access: The road is partially maintained during winter months. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, and in heavy snow, access may be limited to snowmobile only. Snowmobile trails are easily accessible from the property. Please reach out if you need assistance reaching the home in winter.

Parking: Parking is available for 6+ vehicles on the property.

Pet Policy: One dog is welcome. Please let us know the type and size of your dog when booking. Dogs must be potty trained, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. No puppies or reactive dogs allowed. All dogs must be on leash while on the property.

Location & Nearby Amenities: Just a short drive to MacTier for essentials. Port Carling, Bala, and Parry Sound are all within 45 minutes for shopping, dining, and exploring Muskoka’s best. Winter and summer activities include hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, and local lakeside adventures.

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the home, property, dock, and water toys (seasonal). The basement walk-out level includes bedrooms, a bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. Please note that the garage and trailer are not available for guest use.
