Our lakefront cottage offers stunning west facing views of the water and surrounding nature, along with plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Cooper’s Landing offers five bedrooms across the upper and lower levels.
The upper level features a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, both located near a full bathroom and laundry room. The lower level includes three additional bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a private ensuite, a second queen bedroom, and an open-concept den with a bunk bed—ideal for families—along with a secondary living space and entertainment area.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with King bed (Upper level)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Upper level)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with full bathroom ensuite (Bottom Level)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bedroom 5: Bunk bed with double and twin size bed adjoining with bedroom 4, complete with a reading nook & a variety of toys

There are 3 full bathrooms throughout the home, all with great water pressure and easy access for your group.

Upper Level: Primary bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower, and laundry room

Lower Level: Three bedrooms (two queens and one bunk room), one ensuite bathroom, one additional 3-piece bathroom, secondary living area with gas fireplace, bar, and arcade bubble hockey table

Guest Requirements: All guests must sign the renters code of conduct (per Dysart et al), and the main renter must complete a rental agreement and ID verification. Trip insurance is recommended. Please list all adults and children when booking—over-occupancy or day visitors are not allowed.

Pets: Pets are not permitted, except registered medical animals (please notify us in advance).

Nature & Wildlife: The property is in a wooded area. You may see deer, foxes, wild turkeys, moose (rare), black bears (very rare), squirrels, groundhogs, birds, fish, and insects.

Power & Utilities: The cottage has no generator. In rare outages, the wood or gas fireplace can be used to stay warm.

Winter Access: The private road is plowed by a local contractor. A 4x4 vehicle with winter tires is recommended, and some hills may be challenging in heavy snow. Shovels and salt are provided. Refunds cannot be issued due to weather, power outages, or vehicle preparedness.

Water Access & Safety: Paddle to the right for Grass Lake or continue to Head Lake. Enjoy scenic paddles to Barnum Lake. Water toys should be returned and stored properly after use. Life jackets must be worn at all times.

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the house, yard, dock, and water toys (seasonal). There is no access to the garage or trailer.

Provided Items:

• Kitchen: Coffee maker, French press, tea, spices, oil, salt & pepper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, lighters, fire starters.

• Bathrooms: Toilet paper, towels, bath mats, shampoo & body wash. Beach towels not provided.

• Bedrooms: Sheets, pillows, duvets, extra blankets.

• Outdoor: Canoe, kayaks, 2 SUPs, Lilly Pad, life jackets (mix of adult & child).

• Other: Laundry soap.

Garbage: All garbage and recycling must be taken to the Haliburton Landfill (8 minutes away). Overflow may be temporarily stored in the deck box. Improper disposal is subject to a $25 fee per bag.
